"Real Estate the way it should be"
As a real estate professional, I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s an exciting new chapter in your family’s life. The reason I became an agent is because my experience as a first-time home buyer was less than stellar. When my husband and I were first time home buyers, we had a great initial phone call with our realtor and he really sold us on his process. We told him our home criteria and we set up an appointment to go look at our potential new home. Each time we went on an appointment to look at homes we met with a different assistant. Three appointments and three different assistants later, we were no closer to finding our dream home. The most frustrating part was no one communicated what we wanted in a house, we had to tell each person in detail what we were looking for. They would send us homes way outside of our criteria and we ended up having to send them the homes we wanted to visit. When we finally found a home that we were interested in, we asked for a CMA and received generic comps that in no way reflected the home value’s we were looking into.
I was extremely worried that if the team was this lax with their customers from the outset, then they may miss something critical through the process that could cost us a lot of time and money. Luckily, I had previously worked as an ISA for a real estate firm and my husband was a former mortgage broker. So we could navigate the potential pitfalls of our transaction. It dawned on me that if someone hadn’t been in the industry and exposed to the process consistently, there would be a huge amount of risk for them in that situation. It was at that moment I realized what I wanted to do and how I wanted to serve my community.
I saw an opportunity to bring dedication, provide an exceptional level of personalized service, and help really educate my clients on their real estate investment. I wanted to serve my clients by listening to them and participating in that excitement of finding their dram home. I take great pride in the relationships I build through the process and it’s my promise to always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their home buying goals.
